Where TaxDome is genuinely better
If you want one system for the entire practice (billing, signatures, workflows, organizers), TaxDome is built for that and Pesterly isn't trying to be. Plenty of firms run both: the suite for the practice, Pesterly for the chasing, because chasing is the part clients actually feel.
A portal your client won't log into collects nothing. An email from you, in the thread they already answer, does.
